Processing Times

All products are made to order.

  • Please allow 1–3 weeks for your order to be handcrafted before shipment.
  • Processing times may vary depending on current order volume, product complexity, and seasonal demand.
  • If there is an unexpected delay, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping Methods

We ship all orders via Australia Post.

Once your order has been completed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Estimated Delivery Times

Australia

  • Standard Shipping: 2-8 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-4 business days

International

  • International Standard: 6-27 business days
  • International Express: 4-15 business days

International Orders

We proudly ship worldwide.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country's customs authorities. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Argus Studios is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

While we take great care in packaging every order, once a parcel has been handed to Australia Post, delivery is managed by the carrier.
